It connects tenants, technicians, and administrators in one intelligent workflow: Tenants can easily report faults (like water leaks, power outages, or broken equipment) using a simple web or mobile interface — including photos and descriptions. Technicians receive assigned tasks, update progress, and mark repairs as completed in real time. Administrators / Building Managers can track all reports, monitor technician performance, set service level agreements (SLAs), and generate maintenance analytics or reports. It’s designed to replace manual reporting (calls, paper logs, WhatsApp messages) with an automated, transparent system that saves time, improves accountability, and ensures buildings are well maintained at all times.
